What this site collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or a customer-management system, and it does not set cookies for tracking. The fonts and images it uses are served from the site itself.

The only information the site receives is what you choose to send through its forms (Contact, Leave a Review, and Refer Someone): the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message.

How form submissions work

Form submissions are sent to a third-party form service, currently Formspree, which delivers them to me by email. That service processes your submission on its servers; its own privacy policy describes how it handles data. Submissions also arrive in my email inbox.

Find Your West Michigan Fit and saved searches

The Find Your West Michigan Fit guide runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not collected, stored, or sent anywhere while you use it, and you don’t need to provide any contact information to see your results.

If you choose “Send me homes that fit this,” your answers (as preference selections, such as water priority or lot preference) travel in the address of the saved-search page so the form can be filled in for you. They contain no personal information. When you submit the saved-search form, the details you enter, plus a short summary of your Find Your Fit selections and results, are sent to me through the form service described above. I use them to set up a saved search in my own listing system by hand. The site does not create listing alerts automatically.

How I use your information

• To reply to your message or inquiry.
• For saved-search requests: to set up a search for you and send matching homes.
• For reviews: to verify that a review is genuine. Reviews are never published automatically. I confirm them and your permission first, and your email address is never published.
• For referrals: to reach out to the person you introduced, in the way you suggested. Please share someone’s details only if they’re comfortable with it.

I do not sell your information.
